Ketentuan ASUS Perfect Pixel Warranty
1. Pemberlakuan program ASUS Perfect Pixel Warranty terhitung sejak tanggal pembelian LCD Monitor tipe PA/PG/XG sesudah tanggal 1 Desember 2020. Jadi jika pengguna menemukan adanya bright/dark pixel pada panel LCD Monitor meski hanya 1 pixel, pengguna berhak melakukan klaim secara langsung melalui ASUS Service Center terdekat.
2. ASUS Perfect Pixel Warranty berlaku selama 1 tahun terhitung dari tanggal pembelian. Memasuki tahun penggunaan ke 2 dan ke 3 maka ketentuan garansi LCD Monitor akan menyesuaikan dengan ketentuan yang berlaku, dimana batas wajar yang telah ditetapkan antara 3 hingga 5 bright/dark pixel.
3. Dalam pengajuan klaim, ASUS akan melakukan pengecekan unit LCD Monitor mengikuti standar Service Center ASUS. Jika sesuai dengan ketentuan garansi tersebut, maka ASUS akan menggantikan unit lama pengguna yang cacat dengan unit baru.
4. Garansi ini hanya berlaku untuk produk yang dibeli di Indonesia dan diperbaiki di Service Center ASUS Indonesia.
