Android 12 versi beta membawa fitur baru dan beberapa peningkatan dibagian desain yang lebih simple. Google menyebut bahasa desain baru di Android 12 ini sebagai “Material You”. Sistem operasi Android teranyar ini diklaim mampu mengurangi beban kerja prosesor (CPU) hingga 22 persen, serta menghemat penggunaan server sistem hingga 15 persen. Di Android terbaru ini, Google juga menyematkan sejumlah fitur privasi baru ke dalam aplikasi untuk memberi pengguna lebih banyak transparansi dan kontrol terhadap data pribadi mereka.
